In 2013, I started a Degree course in Creative Media Production after always having a huge passion for the Arts, Visual Media and storytelling from a very young age.

I firstly worked as a Promotional assistant at the local Radio Station Touch FM in the Midlands, assisting presenters and producers with in house and outdoor broadcasts, taking photographs for the station as well as generating crowds and entertaining the general public at events. During my time at University, I learned hands on about all aspects of Television, Film and Radio Production and it was during this time that I found my love and natural talent for Filmmaking.

I have have been heavily involved in all aspects of Live and Pre-recorded Television, Film and Radio Production over the years and I am proud to hold many credits as a Camera Operator, Video Editor, Presenter, Floor Manager, Producer, Vision Mixer, Talent Manager and PA, proving that I am able to adapt to a variety of different and challenging situations within the Production Industry.

In 2016 I was assigned the role as Production Assistant for MADE Television network, Birmingham, where I was in charge of booking talent, researching and producing an array of informing and entertaining content whilst also recording voice over's & filming interviews and live broadcast's for the station. My biggest achievement within this role was when I solely organised, co-ordinated and produced a Television interview with comedian Jack Whitehall ahead of the first night of his huge stand-up arena tour in 2017.

Over the past five years I have produced promotional content for many local events and businesses helping them to gain more popularity, whilst also working on many exciting projects involving Christopher Biggins, Mary Berry, Andrew Marr, Louise Minchin, Graham Norton, Mary Portas, children's author Julia Donaldson, Ruth Jones, Harry Hill, Darcy Bussell and many more. Between the years of 2016-2018 I worked as a School Photographer, creating beautiful portraits and large group photographs working for two of the most successful school photography companies in the UK.

Filming Wedding's started as a hobby and a treat for close friends and family and quickly developed into something I absolutely love to do and so I decided to take a leap of faith into this crazy industry and try to create a business out of it.

I have met so many wonderful people over the past year and have learnt so so much. Storytelling is my true passion in life and seeing and hearing peoples responses to my work is just such a magical feeling.

Being a busy Mummy to my two incredible boys and starting up a business from scratch has been hard hard work but I am so happy where I am now and cant wait to watch Zara's Films flourish and to be able to continue making people smile...and cry !

I am an extremely friendly, creative & passionate lady with a huge love for Photography, Film and Storytelling. I know exactly how to capture the magic of a moment and I do this through completely immersing myself in the emotions of the day, whilst gently observing my surroundings, resulting in completely beautiful and natural footage with no need for staging. I pride myself  on being extremely approachable, friendly, laid back and intuitive which enables me to deliver a natural and beautiful end product as everyone is super relaxed on the day in front of the camera.

There will be no invasive equipment on the day, just myself, a single camera, 1 tripod and one small audio device.

You can be rest assured that you're experience with me being your Photographer / Videographer will be a straight forward one and the magical memories that I create for you will be ones that you will want to watch over and over and over again....forever!

I really look forward to sharing this journey with you and creating beautiful moments that will last a lifetime...x
